The Parish Council Burials Fees can be found below. These charges are in line with national charges.

The new fees have been in place since 1st July 2015. If you have an queries, please contact the Clerk.
DDDC have advised that during the Covid-19 outbreak crisis, bin collections may be effected. For up to date information, visit www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk where you will be able to see the current information. The home page has a link at the top which will lead you to daily service updates.
We are looking for comment on the proposed Cemetery Regulations which will be in place in 2020.

TIDESWELL POST OFFICE
The Parish Council would like to take this opportunity to inform you that the Parish Council are exploring possibilities to ensure that Tideswell will keep a post office.
Myself as Clerk and the Councillors have been discussing the matter with the Post Office Head Office and other businesses in Tideswell to try and resolve the situation as swiftly as possible.
We held an extra meeting 18th July to discuss the matter and avoid delays.
A number of avenues are being explored and are progressing well and we will update when we have more information.

The Parish Council Audit has been returned as correct.
The Parish Council are in the process of working on restoration work at the Cemetery. We need family members of any damaged graves to contact the Parish Council to enable us to make repair work. If you feel a grave in the cemetery of a loved one, requires attention, please contact Hannah Owen.
